Product Description INSTALLING BATTERIES To open the base, turn it counter clockwise and place the lantern on its side to access the battery chamber. Install 3 "AA" batteries in the correct polarity position as indicated on the inside of the battery compartment. Close the compartment by turning it clockwise.
